Teaching your children, the law of attraction is probably one of the most valuable lessons you can give them. It will help them succeed in all areas of their lives, happiness, health and wealth. Here are some ideas on how to do it

1. Appreciation

Being able to feel thankful makes us calmer and appreciated and we attract more of those things we appreciate. Gratitude is the highest vibration.

To implement gratitude is by setting a good example, if they see you being grateful, they will be too. Also remind them to say thank you, especially to the small things, and of course to you.

GAME: A game you can play is by buying them a thankful bracelet. Every time you see the bracelet it’s a cue to think of one thing you are grateful for. Then tell them to change the hand they are wearing it - do this everytime. The reason you change hands is so you don't feel comfortable with it and forget it.

2. Stay Positive and Think Positive Thoughts

Do positive affirmations every day. Find an affirmation first thing every morning and repeat it throughout the day. During days that your child has a specific problem find corresponding affirmation and keep doing the same one for 7 days in a row. If you need help with your affirmations check out our videos.

3. Support and Trigger their Imagination

Kids have big dreams, they believe anything is possible until someone tells them either wise. But to live great, you need to dream big, so try to avoid limitations, or “grounding” them. Keep telling them everything is possible.

GAME: Play with them, play along with their imaginary friend, create in both your minds things that don’t exist yet. Talk about mythical creatures, about famous figures that achieved unbelievable things, tell stories, brace their enthusiasm, show magic.

Make it clear that you Believe in Their Ability to Succeed

4. Point out manifestations.

Every day little manifestations occur in our lives. Try to point them out to your children, so they start to understand how the law of attraction works, e.g. You are talking with your child about cats and a few hours later a cat crosses your path. Spot it out to them “Look we were talking about a cat earlier and now we see one” or you look at the clock it’s 5:34 and then a car that passes by with the same number. It’s magic and children love it.

5. Know what you want

Knowing what you want and who you are is a way of believing in yourself. You let go of what others think of you and you work on self-knowledge. We need to help our children cultivate that. We can start by removing our own opinions about them and let them create their own dreams and goals. Helping them at the same time to embrace their uniqueness.

GAME: Create a dream box. Write every dream, goal in a different paper - smaller children can draw. These intentions can be anything from material things, to big dreams, to self-improvement etc. Under each intention write “This statement provides me unlimited opportunities for reaching my intention”

Every day pick a paper and focus on it throughout the day or you can even do something relevant to it. You can also add and update the box every 2-3 months.

6. Get out of your comfort zone

Try to get your children do things that they feel uncomfortable with. Learn new hobbies, join new clubs, do new things. By facing our challenges, we can reach our full potential. Don’t forget to show them how you also step out of your comfort zone and explain to them that many things worth having require us to take brave steps first. To make things easier set small achievable challenges and more importantly keep things fun.

7. Ending the day positively

Always end the day with a positive note. Being positive is very important. Teach your children before they go to bed to reflect their day, recall the best thing that happen to them and go to bed with a smile
