This website and by extension the book is based on a holistic approach and education. A philosophy that promotes treating the mind, body and spirit as a whole. A holistic education supports each person to find identity, meaning and purpose in life through connections to the community, to the natural world and humanitarian values like peace and compassion.
It also helps nurture the development of emotional intelligence (EQ). Emotional intelligence is a persons' ability to identify, evaluate, control and express emotions. One of our children's greatest challenges is mastering their emotions. Our goal as parents and caregivers is to help them understand their feelings, express them and manage them productively, and what a better way of doing that than story telling.

ABOUT ME
Hello. My name is Elisa Solea and I am above all a writer. Since I was a little girl, the pen was an extension of my hand. It was the only way I expressed my emotions, writing a diary, lyrics, poems, stories, my mind was always filled with ideas. My school essays were pages long and always out of subject. When you told me to write my mind was on fire! In 2003 I published my first novel, followed shortly by another 3.
Then I took a break. Spirituality and holistic way of life took over. I studied for 2 years and earned my Higher National Diploma in Holistic Therapies, and a course in Child's psychology and Life Coaching.
At the same time I had my daughter, that's when it strike me, I need to write a children's book. But not just any book, but books that will promote the development of children's Emotional Intelligent in the new era of spirituality that will help our children evolve.
Through this website you will be able to buy the book, listen to some songs and find some tips on helping your children grow as a whole, body, mind and spirit.
